Coffee Bag Redesign

The brief was simple but the problem was real: customizing a unique bag for every roast was costing the client more than the bags were making back. Something had to change.
After researching packaging options, I proposed a single base bag with a roast-specific sticker system. It kept the same brand feel but had a 90% reduction in packaging costs. The design had to work hard enough that the sticker didn't feel like a compromise, but like the point.
These bags are now sold in over 150 stores across three states in the Midwestern United States.
